How to use the printable Watch Strap Sizing Test Kit

1. Download the Test Kit PDF – This file includes strap sizing templates for 18mm, 20mm, and 22mm standard-length watch straps.

2. Select and Print – Choose the page with the strap size you'd like to test, and print it at 100% scale or "Actual Size."

3. Cut Out the Strap – Carefully cut along the outline of the strap template.

4. Attach the Strap to Your Watch:

• For the nylon strap cutout: Slide the cutout through both spring bars, aligning the watch face in the center of the Strap Mill Canada logo.
• For the two-piece leather strap cutout: Loop each end around the spring bars, and secure them with tape or a staple.

5. Check for Fit – Try the strap on your wrist to see if the standard length suits your size. To protect your watch from any accidental drops, conduct the fitting over a soft surface.
