Unused/unworn merchandise can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please send us a message with your order number using the contact us form to begin the return process. Any items that have been mounted on to a watch are considered used. We do not accept straps that are creased or have marks on them caused by buckles, watch cases, etc. It is the buyer's responsibility for the shipping cost of returns.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless a returned item is determined to be defective. 

Bundle packs and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
